Q: How can I get a quote for my floral design?

Please fill out the form on the Contact Us page with as much information as possible. We may have a few follow up questions, but we will start working on a proposal as soon as possible.

Q: How long does it take to receive the floral proposal?

You can expect to hear back from Jhamborees within 1-2 days of your initial inquiry. Once we have all of the required information, you can expect to have your floral proposal within one week.

Q: Does Jhamborees have a floral minimum?

No, at this time Jhamborees does not have a floral minimum but cannot promise that desired florals will fall within your budget. We will however, always be transparent and upfront about what we are able to provide within your budget.

Q: Does Jhamborees charge delivery and travel fees?

Floral Delivery is included for florals totaling more than $1,000 within a 30 mile radius of Jhamborees studio. For floral orders under $1000 within the 30 mile radius, florals may be picked up at Jhamborees studio or we can deliver for a delivery fee. Delivery fee will be $25 or $50 depending on size of order. For floral orders over $1,000 but outside the 30 mile radius, a travel fee of $50 per each additional 10 miles will be charged.

Q: Are vases, compotes, or other containers available for rent?

Jhamborees does not offer rentals. If the client wishes to purchase containers so that centerpieces etc. may be kept or taken by guests Jhamborees will include the cost in the proposal price. If the client wishes to use containers from Jhamborees inventory, Jhamborees does not charge a rental fee per item - instead we will charge a setup fee to set up these loaned items at your event, and remove them after your event. We are also happy to work with any containers you wish to provide or rent from another company.

Q: Does Jhamborees charge a setup fee?

The setup of all purchased florals at your event is included in the cost. However, if Jhamborees is loaning containers we will charge a setup fee based on the amount/number of items loaned. This cost will include transportation to the venue, setup, and removal from the venue by Jhamborees staff.

Q: What is required to book my wedding?

Once the floral proposal has been accepted, Jhamborees will send an online contract and invoice. To book your date, you must sign the online contract and make the required down payment of 25% via online invoice. Additional payments may be made at any point via the same invoice and the final balance is due 30 days prior to your event.

Q: Can I change the my order if there are changes to my wedding/celebration?

Changes may be made up to 30 days prior to your event. At the 30 day mark, your floral order will be placed and the contract numbers finalized. If items change after the 30 day mark, Jhamborees will work with you to find other places/areas to use the purchased florals.
